Since moving to Sydney I’m really missing my dog, Cassie, and my cat, Barry, at home in Ireland. They live happily with my parents at home in the countryside. Cassie, a springer spaniel, was meant to be a hunting dog but was a bit too shy and apprehensive so our neighbour kindly gave her to us! Barry is a rescue cat which I found abandoned by my school years ago. I worked with the ISPCA to get him vaccinated and brought him home to live with us. They are the best of friends! 

I would love the opportunity to look after your pet because I love animals but can’t commit to getting my own here just yet. I’m extremely comfortable with dogs and cats and I have experience in feeding, walking and transporting them (whether that’s lifting them into the car or into a cat box!) 

My favourite places for walking is the beach or cliff walk back home but I love how friendly the dog parks are here. I’ve always been able to keep my pets calm and safe when bringing them to new and unfamiliar places. I've minded my family and friends dogs when they are on holidays as we had the space at home for them. It definitely helps them settle when they have a familiar face/place to go to when being looked after. 

Unfortunately my building doesn’t allow us to have pets but I will happily visit an owners home to carry out my pet sitting duties! 

Availability:

Monday & Friday: morning, lunch time and evening Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: evening

Saturday & Sunday: flexible

Services:

Walking: 1 hour in the surrounding area (street, park, beach, walking trails)

Home visits: 1 hour in the mornings and lunchtime. 1+ hours in the evenings

Happy to feed pets, water plants, bring in mail

House sitting: Flexible depending on your pets needs (please message me) 😊
