Hello!
I'm a 33yr-old animal lover who would love to care for your pets when you're not able to. You can rely on me to show up on time, keep in contact, and make the effort to put your pets at ease to maintain normality without their parent(s).
I work full-time, generally three days in the office between approx 8-16:30, so I can't always be at home with pets.
I've walked many dogs, and stayed with both dogs and cats as a Pawshaker in the Netherlands for a year. Since I was 11 years old, I have walked (other people's) dogs, including as a volunteer at the RSPCA in Wellington, so I'm used to handling all sorts of personalities and behavioural issues. While I'm not in a position to own a pet myself right now, I would love to look after yours as though they're my own!
Your pets will be cared for with diligence and gentle affection, and I'll perservere to build a trusting and fun relationship with them through games and close contact (pets on the bed is fine with me!).
I know it can be hard leaving your pets with a stranger, so I would be happy to meet with you before making any commitments.

Once again, it was a pleasure to have Ellie stay in our house and to leave our beloved beagle, Honey, in such capable and caring hands. Being an older, stubborn beagle (& one who can be slow moving and v sniffy!!!!) she does require someone with alot of patience and Ellie has that in spades! We have had Ellie housesit once before and we will always have her as our first choice as we feel so relaxed and confident Honey is in good hands! Thank you Ellie.
