Greetings fellow dog lovers!

Having spent over 20 years as a respected local high school head teacher, I am well-acquainted with nurturing and caring, traits that naturally extend to my love for dogs. I am the proud owner of a lovely 12-year-old Cavoodle Shih Tzu named Bailey, who is gentle, friendly and eager to offer companionship to your furry family member during their stay.

I understand the worry that comes with leaving your cherished pet in someone else's care and will provide the same level of love and attention to your dog as I do to my beloved Bailey.

Over the years, I have accumulated significant experience with various dogs and can administer oral medication as well as assisting those with particular eating habits. I have become the default caretaker for friends and family's dogs, over the years because of my nurturing nature and attentiveness.

Dogs I Accept

I hold a special place in my heart for smaller breeds, appreciating their unique personalities and quirks. Rest assured, your small breed dog, irrespective of their age, will find a loving and comfortable home here during their stay.

My yard is fully fenced and there are beautiful parks a couple minute walk away.

Previous Experience

While I am new to Pawshake, my home has always been open to dogs in need of care and affection. Through decades of personal experience and being the preferred choice among friends and family to look after their dogs, I have honed my skills in offering loving, reliable care for each furry guest.

Vaccinated Pets

In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment, it is imperative that all pets visiting are vaccinated. This policy helps in safeguarding the well-being of all our furry friends, including Bailey and your beloved pet.

Meet & Greet

Prior to their stay I like to set up a meet and greet, preferably at my home as it acclimatises your dog to their new home away from home.
