"We organised the meet and greet prior to making the booking and found Svetlana and her house to be as described in the profile. There were 2 dogs inside (very friendly) and 1 outside (older and quite). Our Crosby could be seen as social and curious, not one to cause a fuss with the other dogs.
We agreed the booking would proceed as we requested.
A minor issue with booking dates and availability was resolved by good communication with Svetlana and the Pawshake Help Line email.
On the day of care everything went very well. Svetlana kept us updated with pictures of Crosby playing and going for walks (on lead). He would be a tired little boy.
As it was overnight he slept inside as requested and was let out when he let the keepers know it was time for a week break.
At time of pickup he was outside but came to us quickly. There were no issues to report and he was perfectly fine on coming home, if not just a bit tired.
Svetlana sent us a couple of video clips of the pups playing, really good feedback.
We will be happy to book Svetlana again if she will have us. "

"I recently had the pleasure of having Graeme look after my dog while I was away, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care provided. Graeme allowed my dog to stay inside, ensuring he was comfortable, safe, and in a familiar environment as he is very old. It was clear from the start that Graeme has a genuine love for animals, treating my dog as if he were their own. "Our doggo Scooby had the most wonderful night out sleepover at Craigs place. Loved the yard and the company of other dogs @ Craig's home. Craig is very loving and takes the dogs out to exotic locations for walks (beach, parks, green patches etc.) . We also got evening walk pictures of the dogs enjoying themselves. The dogs are totally spoilt. Definitely a repeat customer. :-)"

"Tiffany provided exceptional pet sitting services for our beloved Halo. She ensured Halo's daily walks, prepared her meals and administered medication as needed due to an ear infection and even a little bit of training was thrown in too.
During the duration of Tiffany's care for our furry family member, we received updates with photos on a regular basis which gave us peace of mind while away from home.
We highly recommend Tiffany's service because she took great care of Halo and treated her as her own. Halo was a little sad to leave Tiffany & her two other furry friends, but bounced back to normal pretty quickly.
We will definitely take Halo back to Tiffany on our next holiday. Hopefully sooner rather than later!"

"Eboni is an amazing petsitter, we felt so safe and secure leaving our bengal kitty YoYo with her. She understands and truly loves cats, and is ready to deal with all their quirks and personalities!
