George and Leanne

We are very experienced dog sitters who have had over 220 dogs board with us since beginning dog sitting in 2017, when our beloved Hungarian Vizsla, Huey, passed away. We don't have a dog of our own, however, our adult daughter has moved back home with her well-trained, 3 year old cavoodle, Luna, who is friendly and gets along well with other dogs, large or small.

My partner, George and I are both responsible adults. I am school teacher and have had training in dog care including administering medications. George is an electrician and also loves dogs. 

We will take your dogs for morning and afternoon walks daily and give them plenty of love, cuddles and attention.

We will keep you updated with photos or videos of your fur babies and let you know how they are doing.

We love caring for a variety of dogs and thoroughly enjoy the experience of looking after dogs with many different needs and personalities. We have welcomed many breeds, big and small, into our home and are grateful for the joy that they bring to us whilst enjoying their holiday.

We live walking distance of the beach and off leash dog parks so we can take your furry friend to the place most suited to them for their exercise.

Through our experiences dog sitting with Pawshake, we have found that many dogs enjoy having another dog here with them during their stay. We will generally limit it to two dogs boarding at a time with at least one of them being a dog that we have looked after before and know well so we can match personalities accordingly.

If your dog would prefer to stay in their own home, depending on your area, we offer home visits which include good length walks for your dog.
