In my 29 years of life, I've always had the company of animals, from fish to cats and dogs. I've been responsible for administering medications and I'm not afraid to take a little bite or scratch. I love playing with animals, running and playing ball. I have the flexibility to stay as long as necessary, taking care of the house and pets, including tending to plants and other responsibilities while at home.
I started pet sitting in March of this year. In these seven months, living this lifestyle, I have cared for many pets, from puppies to seniors, as well as pets with disabilities and those on medication. Every pet is a new experience, each with its own personality, making every time different and unique. About a month ago, my boyfriend joined me on this pet care journey, and now we provide even more dedicated care and attention to the pets.
About my routine, I have class on Thursday from 7am to 3pm and sometimes Friday until 1 pm. At the moment, I'm working only casually, so I spend more time at home. Therefore, I'm available for morning and afternoon walks and activities when I'm at home. I'll be happy to send photos every day and keep you informed of daily activities.
About my experience, I had a cat with leukemia, and when she wasn't hospitalized, I took care of her around the clock, administering medications every 4 hours and waking up in the middle of the night. I also cared for a dog with a neurological condition who couldn't even stand or eat. I fed him, gave medications, and administered vitamins through a syringe in his mouth, also waking up at night to provide care. For me, animals are enlightened beings that come into our lives to teach us about love and many other things.
