I'm highly experienced in caring for a variety of different animals. I’d love to sit or visit your pets for you whilst you are away and to send you daily photos. My prices are per pet per day like you would pay if you were boarding your pet at a kennel or a cattery.

My regular clients relax knowing that I will take great care of their pets as if they were my own. I am always available to visit their pets if they want to go away even last minute. I am always available for visits for all long weekends and holiday periods like Christmas, New Year, Easter as well as the other school holiday periods. I get booked up early for sits over the peak holiday periods. 

I'm a retired principal solicitor. I've been pet sitting for more than 6 years with lots of 5 star testimonials and I've had pets of my own for over 40 years.

I was born in Brisbane and I regularly get booked for repeat sits and visits for weeks at a time. I have a reliable car so if necessary I can transport your pet(s). I've taken pets to the vet and to trainers and groomers for clients.

Please note that I

- I only accept bookings that are within a 10 kilometre radius of the Brisbane CBD.

- I only visit cats not dogs. In my opinion dogs need more than just a visit or a walk if you go away. They need the company that a sitter provides. 

- I charge a surcharge which will need to be added onto your payment to Pawshake for walking dogs for more than half an hour a day.

- I don't accept bookings for animals that have bitten or attacked people before.

- I only sit dogs that are over year old. Puppies need a lot more attention.

- If you shorten your booking once it has started for whatever reason there is no refund.

I charge a surcharge for:

- walking pets for more than 30 minutes in total a day

- visiting (not sitting) pets on Public Holidays (50% more)

- more than one litter tray per cat

- more than two pets

I have a recent police check.
