Hello,
My name is Sandra and I'm a semi retired mid fifties animal lover and carer, hence my timetable is flexible to provide reliable petcare and dog walking. In the past I have participated in training and trials with my dogs but these days my focus has definitely shilfted to rescue and petcare. 

My babies are a very active and walk crazy 9 year old beagle cavallier who I rescued 5 years ago. He came from a questionable home and was incredibly squikkish. 5 years on he is the most amazing companion. I recently adopted a litter of 3 kitten sisters. They are now 5 months old and rule our home and our doggo. My home would feels incomplete without without a 4 legged family member.  

I have beend dog walking (30 minutes to 2 hours/walk) and providing short and long term pet visits (1 or 2 visits per day) for a variety of pets whose people are at work or on extended holidays for the past 3 years. Not just dogs and cats, but birds, rodents, reptiles, etc and even the occassional horse as I enjoy looking after different animals. Drop in visits are generally 30 minutes unless a walk is also required. I will come and play, walk and give love and attention to your pets to ensure they enjoy your time away as much as you do. Of course I will attend to their cleaning, feeding and anything else that may be required (eg medications, plants, mail, bins, etc) I usually send a picture and small message every 2 days however, if you prefer daily updates just let me know. 

My attitude to dog walking is that the walk is for your dog’s pleasure and exercise. Hence, I only walk 1 dog at a
time or more if they come from the same home or are best buds and spend time together usually. I allow you doggo to lead the walk, stop and sniff and walk at their pace. I am fit and usually walk in excess of 10km
daily for my own pleasure so whatever your dog needs in terms of pace I am able to provide. If the weather is too hot however, I will adjust the walk for safety reasons and may spend time in your yard/home playing if appropiate. I will always communicate with you if this occurs. 

Step 1 is always a meet and greet, so you can meet me personally and ask any questions as well as show me exactly what your pets prefer and give all appropiate instructions. It is also the perfect time for the most important “the pat and sniff test”, haha I always feel the pets need to meet me and approve of me also! 

I have a police check as well and would be happy to bring it to a meet and greet if you’d like to see it.
