My name is Damsalini and I moved to Australia with my husband in May 2023. Before Aussie, I’ve lived in Singapore for 6 years but I’m originally Sri Lankan. My family and I, we all love animals, but I'm more of a cat person. 😽

Being with cats, petting them, feel their love and purring makes me so happy. It's more we get from their love than we are giving our attention. As per my experience with cats, I was able to bathe them, give oral medicine and sometimes to treat their wounds also. Despite the busy working life I had in Sri Lanka, I managed to treat the wounded cats who wandered around.

In my time in Singapore, I found this awesome app called Pawshake and I registered as a cat sitter there. That was the perfect way to do what I passionate and also feel the love back. I had so many awesome experiences over the years and joining as a cat sitter was one of the best things ever. I feel so lucky to have the same app here too. So that I can fulfil my wish to continue the cat sitting journey in Aussie too.

About my place, I have my older cat Nicole, a rescued female cat from Singapore with a queen like attitude 😽. And also our newest addition to the family is the kitten Bella, a gorgeous sweetheart 😻.
