"Pets eat before you eat" – someone said this once and its stuck with me in caring for my own animals, and especially in caring for someone elses animals.

Hello Pet Parents and Travellers!

Im a 31 year old 'country girl', living in Toowoomba and working from home, which allows me the flexibility to work from anywhere and help a few people when they are away from the house, but have animals and a house that needs more than just a daily visit.

EXPERIENCE IN HOUSESITTING AND PETCARE.

• Since 2014 I have been a return housesitter for 4 people in Highfields area, 2 weeks being the longest so far. (I am open to longer stays).
• I have been a return dogwalker for a couple of dogs, including larger dogs.
• I also grew up with animals, and Im told I have a good sense of animals and can relate to them well. Growing up, I had 2 horses, and family dogs and a few small pets - rabbits, chooks and guinea pigs too.
• For the past 12 months, I have also been learning more about edible gardening in my own backyard.

When housesitting:

• To ensure your routine is maintained as you've requested, including (daily, and weekly and one off requests), your instructions will be written into a morning and an evening list and checked off every morning and evening. I also keep notes of anything unusal I notice about your pets and plants. i.e. off food, behaviours. etc.
• You will arrive home to a clean and tidy house, just as you left it OR I can also provide extra house cleaning to welcome you home.
• I typically arrive between 2-4pm on the first day, and will leave around 9-10am on the last morning.
• I may be out during the day with work, unless instructed specifically.
• I keep the kitchen and bathrooms wiped over, benches clear, and sinks clean.
• I am a non-smoker, I only drink alcohol only a couple of times a month. I dont like big gatherings. I have my own car.

I clean 5+ houses on a regular basis, if you'd like to add this service, please do ask about prices and timing!
