Hi there! My name is Lenore and I moved from Brisbane to Canberra in 2016. To say the change in weather was a shock would be an understatement!

My Pets were always important members of my family as a child and through to adulthood. I grew up with cats and dogs as well as a variety of other furry friends, and so they have always been a vital part of my life. I am currently mum to two cats and two crazy dogs.

I have experience looking after pets for many of my friends and family, and so have decided to join Pawshake as a sitter after being a client for a number of years.

Dog walks are approximately 30 minutes in duration and will be done in your local area. If your dog has a "usual route", I'm happy to follow that to keep things familiar for them - just give me the details! I will also be happy to determine a new route if that is preferable. Being a mum to two energetic young dogs, I'm happy to implement training strategies that have worked for you, or try those positive reinforcement strategies that have worked in my experience. I have trained my dogs through the 5 levels offered in our local dog training club, so if you show me your signals and words of command I'm very comfortable implementing these with your dogs in our visits and on our walks.

I would be very happy to look after your pets and give them all the same attention and love that I would want given to my own pets! I am happy to look after cats and dogs, and may be able to care for other animals after having a discussion with the owner. I will spend 30 minutes taking care of your pets, including but not limited to feeding, refreshing water, brushing, playing, and many pays!

I'm generally available before business hours for a walk or house visit, and in the afternoon or evening most days for all services.
