Well trained human leads to well trained pets

Our furry friends are members of the family; little balls of joy that deserve an investment of love and education. Having trained my tri-pawd rescue cat to sit and stay for even a juicy steak - shown in the photos - you can rest assured I will provide for your pets needs, and give them loving attention, while reinforcing their good habits. 

Weekdays can also include visits with a Kelpie. Unavailable during school holidays, unless arranged under special request. My energetic young charge has successfully socialised with multiple reactive dogs, including a German Shepard and a French Bulldog, who were not able to make any other animal friends previously. She is very patient with little animals, but tough enough to adore rough play.

I have work experience including: at a vet, rescue centre, as a puppy nanny, intensive wound care, first aid training, house/pet sitting, pet boarding, day trips, and of course I love to stop and meet all the neighbourhood dogs. 

Types of animals I have had experience with: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, snakes, fish, rabbits, chickens, and the passing acquaintance with a great deal more. No matter your pet, send me a message, I'm sure I'm up for the adventure.

House trained human - house sitting

No matter the reason you need to leave home, life is easier, when you know there's someone who can take care of base camp for you. Low stress services, responsible home care, last minute requests welcome whenever calendar is available.  

Flexibility is a key feature of my house sitting services; pets can be taken along while running my daily errands, or enjoy quiet time at home; they may like a rough tumble with another dog, or quiet time cuddling with me on the couch; whatever is best for your pet long term, on a day by day evaluation.

Animals big and small, timid or strong - pet walking & day visits

I have walked many animals, from a cat, to a Kelpie, to a Newfoundland, and have the balance of patience and firm boundaries to handle any pet walking situation with a calm resolve.

Who needs a big house, when you have the big wide world - day care

If you would like the "day sitting" option, I would love to have some notice, and take your pet on adventures for the day, so they don’t have to sit inside.

Due to living in an apartment, we are not offering overnight stays at this point, but can be flexible if you have particular requests for your pet’s adventures.

I also spend some of my days with friends (who adoooore pets) and would love to join me on some of these adventures, so if you have a pet in need of infinite cuddles, or lots of play, rest assured they can be spoilt with attention.
