Hi, my name is Serena! I graduated from the University of Queensland 4 years ago and I have been a civil engineer ever since. I am a huge animal lover!! I've grown up surrounded by so many pets (dogs, cats, hamsters, chickens, sugar gliders, fish, etc) and also helping my friends and neighbors take care of their pets. I've volunteered to pet sit for a lot of family, friends and coworkers over the years when they've gone out of town and have had so much fun doing it! I have also volunteered at pet shelters and have received kind and positive feedback about how I care for their pets. Pet sitting/walking has always been something I did for fun because I love hanging around furry friends so much and I look at it as a fun hobby I would love to share with others. I can't wait to meet you and your pet family!

I live in Greenslopes and generally service surrounding suburbs but happy to take on pet sitting requests for anyone living further away for durations longer than a week. As I work in a 9-5 job, my dog walking services will be primarily after 5pm during the weekdays and anytime on the weekend. I am very responsive and quick to reply or answer any of your questions. I have an Australian National police certificate that can be provided for additional security (I understand how important your fur babies are and would like you to feel very comfortable with who they are spending their time with).

For my dog walking services (30 minutes), you can expect the following:

- pick up and drop off pets in an area stipulated by you

- house/apartment will be locked and secured after the booking and while out during the walk

- keys will be left in a safe area as requested

- no off lead dog plays unless requested in a safe and secured area

- walking and spending time with the pets

- any additional requests can be included and discussed

For my home visits (from 30 minutes):

-price includes care of up to 3 pets

- cats: clean litter tray and spend time with cats

- dogs: spend time with the dogs. They will be brought out to the toilet

-puppies/senior dogs: clean up mess left behind

-small pets: tidy cages and do full clean if the booking is more than 3 days

-house/apartment will be locked and secured after the booking and while out during the walk

- keys will be left in a safe area as requested

- at least 1x photo update per house visit

- keeping in contact with owner during the visit and if required, bringing the pets to a vet in case of an emergency

- number of house visits in a day and and additional requirements shall be discussed prior to house visit

For my house sitting (per night), expect similar services as my home visit. I will be the only person at your home and will leave the place spotless to the same condition as it was before I arrived.
