I've been fostering cats and kittens for Coldstream Animal Aid for ten years and housesitting pets for the past five years. Basically, I just love animals. Horses, ducks, chickens, fish are other pets I've cared for. I would be happy to care for your pets. I'm reliable and have a lifetime of experience in dealing with all sorts of situations.

I appreciate that every pet is unique and it's important for your fur babies to be at ease while you're away. I will give them lots of attention, affection and cuddles, feed them, ensure fresh water daily, and give medication as needed. I am happy to bring in the mail, put out bins, water plants and drive your pets to the dog park so they don't miss out on fun while you're away, or to the vet, if needed. Dof walks are not included in the housesitting service but can be discussed.

I can also provide some basic dog training and deal with pets with behavioural problems.

I'm a retired teacher who is security conscious as well as respectful of your home. My family is adult and has essentially left home which facilitates my housesitting. My other hobbies are watching movies, art and music.
Owing to the cost of fuel, I will only be able to housesit within a 25km radius or approximately 15 minute travel time of my home. Public holidays attract a higher rate of $60 per night or $30 for a home visit. Please enquire when booking.
