Hi, my name is Jessica and I am a 22-year-old student from Belgium. I have come to Australia for an exchange program at UQ in hospitality management for 6 months (July-December 2024). 

While studying in Europe, I spent most of my free time walking dogs and helping friends, family and neighbours with their pets which I truly enjoyed and want to keep doing during my time in Australia. I love spending time with animals and helping people who want the best for their dogs. 

My whole life I have lived with dogs and currently have three golden retrievers (hunting line) back in Belgium. They each have their unique personalities which prepared me well for when I decided to become a dog sitter two years ago. During that time, I was lucky enough to meet amazing people with all types of dogs which I am hoping to find in Australia as well. 

As I study at UQ and live in Auchenflower, I have easy access to the ferry, train and bus in the area and would be open to travelling to the city centre as well.
