ciao, Teresa here, an italian girl who moved to Australia almost a year ago!✨
I've been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember. I had dogs (a German Shepherd, a Lagotto and a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog), fishes and cats back home, but also experience with taking care of rabbits, hamsters, and some odd animals such as caterpillars (and of course butterflies!) and stick insects. 🦋🐶🐱
Here in Australia I've been an Au Pair and took care of a Rottweiler, a cat and chickens. I worked on a farm that had chickens but also a lot of dogs (12, mainly Boxers but also Sausage dogs, a Pug, a German Shepherd). You can see them in the pictures!☺️
I've done house sitting for 4 days and took care of two dogs (Labradoodles) and two pythons, although I didn't have to feed them.
I can assure you that your pets will get lots and lots of cuddles and love, I'll make sure they're well taken care of and I'll be more than happy to do some training for the dogs! 🥰✨ I have administered medications to pets before, usually pills that could be hidden in food or liquid medicine with the use of a syringe.
With all the instructions I can take care of the pets, feed them, make sure they have water, play with them, brush them, cuddle them, take them for walks, anything! I can clean after them and also do some cleaning in the house, look after plants and others if we arrange a house sitting! If your dog has a favourite playground/walk I'll be more than happy to go there. I unfortunately don't have a license and understand it's a potential issue for moving around. But for house sitting I can be dropped off and picked up by someone, it'd just be more difficult for me during daily visits if you're not close by.
I'm currently au pairing again for a couple of months so my schedule changes every week, but I'm overall flexible and happy to chat and find something that works for everyone!! I'm more flexible on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as I usually work either mornings (6-9 am) or afternoons and evenings (from 3pm on). Tuesdays and Thursdays are busier, I could either be free by 4pm or before 10am in the morning; this because I'm home with the toddler, if you live close by he can tag along for a walk too and there won't be any issue! I'm usually free during weekends and I can also do housesitting. But sometimes I get Friday-Saturday off or Sunday-Monday, so it really depends on the week.
If you have any questions or want more pictures feel free to message me!!
I hope to hear from you soon!🫶🏻☺️
