Hi there! I’m Belle, an avid animal-lover who enjoys reading, having cuddles on the couch with my pets, and enjoying the beauty of nature. In my spare time, I like to boulder, do some photography, and teach my dogs new tricks.

Having grown up in a household with a variety of animals from cats and dogs to budgies and gerbils - and previously housesat and done home visits multiple times - I am well-equipped to pet sit. My other experience also includes other small birds (such as cockatiels), fish, hens, sheep, and alpacas. I love spending time with animals and exploring the insights that looking after different animals provides (especially as I aspire to be an Animal Behaviourist one day). Having been a dog volunteer at AWLQ, I am also experienced at walking different dogs with their various walking styles.

My Services Consist Of:

• House sitting - staying overnight and for majority of the day (am able to stay most of the day but may have to go out for an hour or so now and again) at the pet's place and ensuring that they are getting equal TLC as that when their owners are home by following the pet's daily routine in terms of when they are fed, exercised, brushed, etc.. Can start in the morning or evening depending on when the owner leaves. ($60 per night)
• Pet Visits - popping in to check on the pet and ensure they have enough food, water, and a clean area (or litter tray in a cat's case), and fill up their love tank for the day. Can also water plants and bring in the mail and/or newspaper to ensure that the house doesn't look unoccupied. Each visit is 30 minutes long and can be done 1 or 2 times a day. Usually done between 7am-6pm, specific times can be requested. ($25 for 1 visit and $40 for 2 visits a day)
• Dog Walking - a 20-30 minute walk in the local area around the pet's home depending on what is most suitable for the dog (can also do a longer walk if requested). Can be done anytime between 6:30am-6pm, specific times can be requested. ($20 per walk and $5 per additional animal)

For all my services I am available in both the morning and afternoons, and for house-sitting I am also available at night. 

I'm passionate about being a good pet sitter (and visitor or dog walker) because I understand how beneficial it is for an animal's emotional and mental (and sometimes even physical) well-being, as enabling a pet to stay in their home environment whilst their owners go away helps them stay comfortable and happy, and also avoids the unnecessary stress for both the pets and the owners of animals having to go to a place they're not used to on top of missing their owners.

As a believer in the idea that animals deserve the same love and attention as they usually receive whilst their owners are away, I always strive to look after other's pets as though they are my own - so that you can rest easy and enjoy your holiday, knowing that your pet is in caring hands and having as much fun as you are!
