I am an experienced zoologist (and marine biologist) with extensive experience in animal keeping, training and care of both of domestic and exotic pets both at home, and in a professional setting at ZAA accredited Australian zoos and wildlife parks.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland, I gained professional experience in animal husbandry, working as a wildlife keeper in Cairns, followed by husbandry of rodents in Brisbane. My family also runs a kennel of flat coated retrievers in Norway, and I have partaken in multiple dog shows and summer camps in Norway.
I currently have two beautiful dogs with my partner, Mango (1 year old border collie male) and Jett (3 year old border collie/cocker spaniel mix female). Please note, I will not introduce your pets to mine unless socialisation is requested by yourself.
I live in an apartment overlooking a large on-leash park in Forest Lodge. We also have a large off-leash park about 5 minutes walk away. We are situated close to a lovely Bay Area with multiple well suited areas to walk your pets, whether you prefer runs, playing catch, being on or off leash, or if you have an older dog that requires shorter, peaceful walks on softer terrains.
In addition to dog and cat keeping, I have been an exotic bird keeper & insect keeper in a professional setting including at zoo's specalised care facilities requiring ongoing medication and monitoring.
I can also help your fur/feather/scale babies if they have any additional needs, such as medications (injected, externally or orally) extra care/first aid.
