My name is Maria and I'm from Ireland but have been living in Australia for the last 5 years.
I would like to become a pet sitter as I can't own a pet of my own for now as I'm on a student visa. I've loved dogs my whole life. I had a German shepherd growing up and a pit bull. I used to pet sit my sisters two staffies all the time or neighbours dogs when they went on holidays.
I love being around animals they bring me such joy ❤️ I love being out in nature, going for hikes or to the beach - anything outdoors. I live in a 3 bedroom house with a big back garden. There is a park and the river is close by, where I could bring your pets for a walk :)

We had a fantastic experience with Maria as our dog sitter. She was prompt in responding to our messages and flexible with both drop-off and pick-up times. When we dropped off our puppy, Maria’s genuine joy was evident as he quickly settled in her arms, showering her with doggy kisses.
Throughout the four days our pup was in her care, Maria kept us updated with photos of him walking and interacting with other dogs. She also provided regular updates on how he was doing, which was greatly appreciated.
We were very pleased with Maria's care and would definitely book with her again if she’s available.
