My name is Hanita, I'm 62 years old and live in Caloundra on the lovely Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I'm a part-time cleaner, healthy and strong, vegan, non-smoker, and clean & tidy. I have been a housesitter, looking after dogs, cats, fish, birds and chickens, homes and gardens full-time since 2019. I'm security-conscious and considerate of other people's property and their expectations. To ensure top quality service, I have developed a questionnaire with a series of questions covering every aspect of caring for your pet, garden and home. Your pet's well-being is of the utmost importance to me, I put a lot of effort into making your pet feel comfortable with me, I always make sure to give them the best possible care, and I spend as much time as possible with them, which is easy as I'm a homebody anyway! I will never, ever, EVER leave your pet home alone at night. I am sitting in the Caloundra-Wurtulla-Pelican Waters-Meridan Plains-Little Mountain area only, due to my work commitments. I have a number of very happy returning customers and will of course be more than happy to provide references. (I also have a police certificate.) I usually first meet with prospective customers to see if we're a good fit, meet their pet(s). I'd also present the police certificate and references mentioned before. Once that's all in order, we'll book in the dates (I have an online calendar that is accessible to any customer with an Outlook or Gmail address) and set another meeting prior to the booking, to go over the questionnaire. I am an avid photographer and if you wish, I can send you photos and updates while you're away. I usually will have left the house before you return, but am equally happy to be there when you come home. I always follow up to make sure you found everything to be in order - whether there's another booking in the future or not.
