I love dogs and have a dog of my own named Sasha, a 4-year-old Kelpie cross who loves people and other dogs. and 11-year-old Kiki, a Cattle Dog cross. Due to having a dog, I do request only vaccinated dogs and dog-friendly dogs apply. My 11-year-old is on arthritis medications, so I am well-versed in giving dogs medication and doing any stretches/massages that the dog may need. I can give your dogs any medication they may need. I can work with needles and also whatever way your dog best takes medications. 

I have had dogs since I was a child, and have experienced dog training in the past. I also have experience with both anxious and aggressive dogs and can deal with both. I am also aware of how hard it can be to leave fur babies behind and will be in constant contact with pictures and updates about your dog's time. My dogs go to an off-leash dog park everyday, which your dog will also go to (on a leash for their safety). There is 2 in my area, one 2 minutes walk away and one half an hour walk away that has its own beach. If you are not comfortable with this, we have other areas around our neighbourhood where they will go for daily walks. 

Your dog will sleep on the bed with me, they are allowed on all the furniture in the house. I am also a student so am home many hours of the day and can spend most of the day with your dog. I have dog sitting experience for a puppy and also doing training for that dog. 

I also live with my landlord who is a male and also loves dogs, but they will be with me all day and wont have any interactions with him. So if you have a shelter dog who doesn't like males, it won't be an issue as they may see him for 10 minutes max. 

The highlight of my day is interacting and playing with the girls, playing tug of war and throwing toys around. We both love the dogs and love being able to spend time with them together when my housemate gets home from work. Dogs bring so much life to a house, and we believe that every dog is a precious gift and should be treated as a family member. We will love your dog as if it was our own!
