Hi There!

We are reaching out as a kiwi couple making our way through your beautiful country of Australia. Both of us are working from home part-time, and are wanting to house-sit while we are exploring the country.

We are homeowners back in New Zealand so we understand the trust needed to allow others into your hone, and can assure that we will treat your property with full respect, and as animals lovers, your furry ones will be cuddled and cared for as if they were our own. We are a physically fit and healthy pair, regularly going for walks and getting into nature whenever possible. Rest assured dogs will be well walked! Both of us have grown up with pets aplenty in our family homes. Our hobbies include: Nature walks, cooking, movies, and photography.

Experience History: 

- 1 male Greyhound/1 female Greyhound in Adelaide, 6 week stay August 2023. 

- 1 male Blue Heeler/1 male Kelpie cross/1 female Ginger Cat in Melbourne, 1 week stay November 2023

- 1 female minature Dachshund in Melbourne, 2 week stay November 2023

- 1 male Shiba Inu, 3 night house stay in November 2023

- 1 female cat in Melbourne, twice daily feeding/litter box cleaning/cuddles over Xmas holiday period 2023.

- 1 male Labrador in Melbourne, 3 week house stay in December/January 2024.

- 2 male/1 female Maltese cross dogs, 1 night stay in December 2023

- 1 female Tortie cat in Melbourne, daily feeding and cuddling over the Xmas and New Years holiday period 2023/24

- 2 male Ragdoll cats in Melbourne, daily feeding/litter box cleaning/cuddles over the New Years holiday period 2023/24

- 1 male Labrador Retriever, 1 week house stay in January 2024.

As for our services, we can offer;

• Overnight house/pet sitting for any length of time. We have a decent amount of experience in house sitting as written above. House/pet sitting includes maintaining the home to the standard you left it in, pet feeding/walking/cuddles, watering of indoor plants, and collecting mail. We can send photos and updates as often as you need to ensure the safety of your home and pets. Availability: any time or length granted our calendars match up!
• Dog walking for up to two hours per day. Walking length will depends on your pets needs but we are both comfortable walking for extended periods of time to local parks or longer walks in nature trails. We’re also happy to drive your fur babies to the beach for a good run and swim too. Availability: 7am - 8pm any day if we are in the area.
• House/Pet check ins once or twice a day, we can stay with your pets long enough for a cuddle and to give them their much needed attention. We can also bring in the mail and water low maintenance plants if you have any. Availability: 7am - 8pm any day if we are in the area.
• Training- We are happy to try help train your pet during walks or house sits but we aren’t professionals, so we won’t charge extra for this, and don’t offer it as a stand alone service.
