I am a social worker in my 40s, and have house/pet-sat and cared for many animals in the past decade. I enjoy looking after animals as I find them help me de-stress and I enoy reciprocating the care that others have provided for my own pets when I've been away. 

I offer pet-sitting in your home, where your pet is comfortable, daytime care and possibly overnight as well as dog walking and daily visits/feeding. I don't mind walking at a local dog-park or around the block, whatever your dog prefers and whatever length your dog prefers, but it starts at 30 minutes for $35. I work from home mostly so am well suited to pets who need a lot of attention. I will also look after your house during day visits a needed (mail, bins, plants etc.) I only sit at others' houses, not at mine due to my cat!  Don't hesitate to ask me re availability and particular days in the week.

I have my own cat and have often use pet-sitters for so know the importance of having someone caring and responsible for this role as well as someone who is trustworthy in your house. 

Having had Tortoro for 3 years as a rescue cat, I am relatively new to cats, but i feel that I speak somewhat fluent cat language now. Prior to that my rescue dog, the most beautiful pom-chi Frankie, bought me so much joy for 15 years. He slept on my bed, as does my cat Tortoro now, so am well-versed in animals that prefer human comforts!

I have house/pet-sat both dogs, cats and birds previously and will be able to supply references from other sites as needed.  

I also volunteer for Project Underdog rescue group and have done their in-home respite care training as well as dog-walking and fundraising for them.
