"Steph looked after our 2 cats, 3 chickens and goldfish for 10 days. We met up with Steph prior to our vacation. She was polite, respectful and very caring towards the needs of our pets. Steph did twice daily visits and provided updates and photos while we were away. She paid close attention to the wellbeing of our pets and reported a minor eye irritation of one of the cats which she easily resolved. Steph followed all instructions left and all pet areas were kept clean. I would highly recommend Steph as a thorough and caring pet minder. "

"Stacey is such a life saver. Our cats are not easiest cats to care for, Stacey was always available, went above and beyond to attend to their needs, including last minute request to help with medical needs for Lilan. Even Binx who is a super shy cat ended up a purring machine near Stacey.

"Katherine honoured the idiosyncrasies of our two scaredy cats such that the bravest of the two was sitting in her lap after only a few days. And the really scaredy scaredy cat was not traumatised when we returned!! That’s a win.
