"Steph looked after our 2 cats, 3 chickens and goldfish for 10 days. We met up with Steph prior to our vacation. She was polite, respectful and very caring towards the needs of our pets. Steph did twice daily visits and provided updates and photos while we were away. She paid close attention to the wellbeing of our pets and reported a minor eye irritation of one of the cats which she easily resolved. Steph followed all instructions left and all pet areas were kept clean. I would highly recommend Steph as a thorough and caring pet minder. "

She not only ensured Strudel was well-fed and hydrated but also took extra care to clean her eyes, play with her, and keep her litter fresh and tidy. She even watered my plants and ensured they stayed healthy, which was such a thoughtful bonus! "Katherine honoured the idiosyncrasies of our two scaredy cats such that the bravest of the two was sitting in her lap after only a few days. And the really scaredy scaredy cat was not traumatised when we returned!! That’s a win.
