"Jacinta was absolutely wonderful. Jacinta was reliable, friendly and incredible with our cats. We were sent cute updates each day and it really put our mind at ease knowing our cats were cared for.
Our two cats are rescue cats and usually very timid and scared of strangers. They shy away and I honestly thought Jacinta would have to leave the food out for sprinkles because she would be too scared to eat in front of a new person. On the first day Jacinta sent me photos of sprinkles not hiding and on day 2 sprinkles was playing with her!!! I honestly could believe it, she has a real understanding for cats behaviours and we are so grateful to have Jacinta come and help us.

"Capucine & Declan are incredible pet sitters!
They go above and beyond. They took care of all 3 of our animals while overseas, 2 visits a day and dog walking: sent me photos every visit updating me on each of the animals. Cleaned the areas each animal uses and maintained the cleanliness of the entire house. We extended our holiday and kept them on without any worry or concern for our animals.

"Tina is a very kind, compassionate, reliable & trustworthy person who did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Greg and dog Shiloh. She took the tram to my place every day and went above and beyond, taking Shiloh for walks and sent lots of great videos and photos. Shiloh had a lovely time and has never been so spoiled! "Aanchal took good care of our 3 fur babies while we were away. She was able to properly administer oral medication to one of our feisty cat. She was also able to accommodate our timings as our sick cat requires medication every 12 hours. She sent many pictures and videos of our cats, and regularly update us on them. "Adrian looked after our cat for 6 weeks while we were on holiday abroad. He has a great knowledge of cats and dogs and even provided us with some very useful tips on cat feeding. He visited us twice before the actual booking dates to familiarise himself with the cat as well as with the surroundings. He updated us with our cat's photos and details of her health after every visit, which was a great relief while we were away for too long. Adrian always checked with us whether something more needs to be done and even offered to buy food for the cat when the supply was running low. We found him to be trustworthy, punctual, systematic and has great compassion towards animals. We will definitely be looking forward to booking Adrian the next time we are away from home! "Urooba looked after my fur baby for over two weeks, and the experience has been nothing but amazing! It was my first time making a pet sitting arrangement for my cat - Indy, and Urooba made it so effortless. She responded fast and met with me for introductions and patiently answered all my questions.
Indy warmed up so fast to Urooba, and I knew he was in good and safe hands. I came home to a chilled cat (bit clingy, so good to know i was missed!) with no signs of stress. "Prunella and Darren were excellent cat-sitters. They were professional, caring and trustworthy. Prunella and Darren followed all of the instructions we had left perfectly, and were proactive in keeping our cat entertained. They provided daily updates with photos and videos, gave our little one all the attention he needed while we were away, and even watered our plants.
