"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.

"Shuk Fan was absolutely wonderful in looking after my gorgeous cat whilst we were away on holidays. She took lots of pictures & videos, making every effort to keep me up to date with each day.
