"After many years with the same Pawshake pet sitter who has now moved away, we contacted Jose for the first time to look after our two cats. Jose was happy to come over beforehand for a meet and greet and was unfazed by the somewhat complex feeding & litter arrangements - our cats need to be kept in separate parts of the house when we’re away as one is on a special diet. Jose was also more than happy to accommodate a last minute request to water some plants in the front garden. All around, a friendly and communicative Pawshake member who we will be happy to use again!"

"I was very anxious to be going away and leaving my cats behind.
Lorraine made me feel at ease and i was able to relax and enjoy my holiday.
I was very pleased by her regular detailed sms updates, including before and after pictures of litter box cleaning and feeding time which was nice to see just how much the cats were eating.
My four cats were in FANTASTIC hands.
I was super impressed to also have my garden watered daily!
I highly recommend Lorriane!!!
She is polite, punctual and reliable.
I will be using Lorriane again for future holidays 😃

"Ayomi went above and beyond to take great care of our furbabies while we were away. She was so kind and loving with them and treated them like they were her own cats.
Ayomi kept consistent communication with us during the whole booking and sent through updates every time she visited along with lots of videos and photos of our cats live in action so we could rest assured that they were doing great and still in their element.
We returned to very happy, well fed and calm cats and the house was also really neat and clean. One of our cats is quite selective with the people she likes but she loved Ayomi since the first day and it was clear that both our cats were very comfortable with her and really enjoyed her company.
Ayomi is a very reliable, kind and caring pet sitter and I would highly recommend trusting her with your pets. "

"It was our first experience with a pet sitter and we are so glad to have found Jenny. Our cat Bruce doesn’t like to be alone, he is also scared of strangers. We were looking for someone who could win his trust and Jenny did her job 100%. Jenny covered all Bruce’s needs and also was really nice to communicate with, Jenny has really positive and calm vibes, and we needed it as we were quite nervous to leave Bruce. "Loes is definitely the best cat carer in Canberra! Using her knowledge and skills she met my shy and anxious cat, Belle, with a soft, gentle, reassuring and empathetic approach to build rapport, and within a short time had her feeling safe, comfortable and relaxed in her care. She provided Belle with all the care and attention she needed, including stimulation and enrichment to help counter the boredom and loneliness whilst I was away. She changed up her toys, set up different activities and environments using available resources, played with her, and even put on classical music for Belle during her visits to soothe her and provide additional stimulation.
The updates and pictures I received of Belle and her latest activities were welcome snapshots, that allowed me to stay connected, and showed the wonderful care she was receiving. It felt as though Loes cared as much about Belle as I do and I would definitely recommend her services. It is such a relief for me to know that she is available to look after Belle as I know she will make every effort to make her happy when I am away. "

"Elena stepped in at the last minute to look after my cat as my plans had changed. She is trustworthy, reliable and sensitive to my cats well being, and kept me updated with photos and observations. I gave Elena instructions to my house and cat via photos and messages, a leap of faith. Would highly recommend Elena, especially if you need to unexpectedly rush out the door for a few days and call a stranger to the rescue! "

"What a Gem! Ivy is the first cat sitter I have ever used and I could not have asked for a better experience - for me and my cats. Ivy was punctual, courteous and she is an excellent communicator. She took excellent care of Freddie & Hugo and is clearly a cat lover. She sent regular updates and photos which were greatly reassuring.
