"Casey was amazing. So gracious and understanding, and was very open with communication. Had no difficulty with the complicated set up/schedule we had going on. She also had to deal with my MIL (MILs first time house sitting for us whilst Casey visited for the cats) and was super kind throughout, even when MIL was being a bit difficult/demanding/boomer-y lol. "Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"I'm so grateful to Sachi for taking care of my 2 dogs, cat and fish while I was overseas for a month. I was stressed about leaving them but felt that having a carer come to my home was a better option than leaving them in a boarding kennel, especially my senior dog who is a bit lame and on daily medication.
I met Sachi in my home and as soon as he met the dogs I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is calm and professional and at the same time respectful and professional. I explained what I needed him to do, how often, what medication to give and when along with details like indoor accidents, changing kitty litter and emergency contacts. I interviewed other carers but felt that Sachi was just right for my needs and so offered him the job which he accepted.
We met again shortly before I left just to go over everything again and then I was off.
He kept me informed every visit, twice a day with a photo diary and daily updates and he even did a supermarket run when the dog food ran low! He was really such a great person and he cleaned up accidents and let me know everyday of what was going on. He even put my bins out!
If you are looking for true animal lover with a great sense of responsibility you can trust Sachi to help. I sincerely recommend him and without hesitation will contact him again for the next holiday care. Ten out of ten!!!"

"Michelle is highly reliable, punctual and responsible. She absolutely adores cats, so I knew she would respect my cats and treat them properly. We had very open communication, and I felt I could enquire/ask her any concerns I had during my holidays. She also kept me updated on a daily basis. She sent me pictures and videos every day, so I could constantly see how my cats were doing. I was at peace of mind during my holidays knowing Michelle was taking care of my cats. I will definitively contact Michelle for future cat minding and I highly recommend Michelle to other cat owners."

"Estella was absolutely amazing with my cat, Loki. She went above and beyond in caring for him while I was away, showing a level of dedication that really stood out. Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared. "Olivia was fantastic - we felt so comfortable leaving our sensitive kitty in her hands while overseas. She kept us updated every day with info and photos, and she was loving and caring. "We recently had an urgent family trip come up and needed someone reliable to take care of our three cats on short notice. Jess stepped in and did an absolutely fantastic job! From the moment we contacted her, she was responsive, understanding, and accommodating.
Jess took the time to meet with us beforehand, ensuring she understood all of our cat’s needs and routines. She sent us regular updates, photos & videos, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to focus on our trip without worrying about our furry friends.
