"Avril was wonderful. Everything was easy from the start, communication, set up of first meeting and then 'baby sitting'.
As soon as I met Avril, I felt like she would be able to handle my giant sized puppy she knew how to handle him and not to excite him. I felt at ease about Avril being in my home and taking care of Moose.
during the 2 days Avril looked after him, I felt relieved, she sent me photos, updated me on their time together and it felt really lovely.
Thank you, Avril, and I will definitely be in touch again! what a wonderful service! "

"Rachel was brilliant, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a pet sitter. She really looked after our two cats, including cleaning and giving one of our cats her regular medication, which she did with compassion and care. Communication was excellent and we received daily photos and updates. Both cats were happy and relaxed when we returned from holiday - a much better experience than having to put them in a cattery! I would definitely have Rachel look after our pets again. "

"Hector attended to the tasks I had requested- feeding my cat daily, cleaning litter tray, providing lap time and lots of cuddles.
When I messaged via the Pawshake app itself he responded promptly and also sent regular video updates via WhatsApp as requested while I was travelling overseas.

"Nisha deserves 5 ⭐️For her wonderful care of Kitty whilst we were away a month. Nisha loves cats (and they love her). Our Kitty adored Nisha, who understands cat behaviour, has a wealth of knowledge about cat food /diets and took great delight caring for Kitty. She also sent us gorgeous photos/videos of Kitty. Nisha collected our mail, watered pot plants which were blooming on our return and left the house immaculate and Kitty a very happy cat. Nisha went the extra mile in every respect, over and above all our expectations, even leaving milk in our fridge & biscuits on our return! We happily give our Highest recommendation 🐈⬛😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐈⬛"

"Bianca came and looked after our two cats for the weekend and did a great job. She came over and met them first and they were immediately at ease with her. "We used Niamh last weekend for the first time and found her to be excellent. She had to manage multiple visits in torrential rain to look after our dog and 2 cats. "Kelsey was fantastic - super easy to communicate with and very friendly and easy-going. She was reliable and able to roll with it when unexpected things cropped up (naughty cat breaking into the food bag, subsequent sick cat...). She made sure the place was cleaned up after him and that he was well looked after. I felt very comfortable leaving her in charge of Rufous and came home to a very happy kitty after a week away. Would not hesitate to recommend her."
