"Guillermo took such great care of our cat, Blossom. He was an excellent communicator - very fast responses, flexible with pick up and drop off times, and highly accommodating of our cat's needs, sending photos to reassure us he had settled in. Blossom really didn't want to leave! They bonded very quickly. We are extremely happy to have found a pet-sitter we can return to and trust completely with our cat."

"Tannia was so wonderful taking care of Harvey. The photos, videos and communication made it clear not only was he enjoying himself, but I think Tannia loved taking care of him too. "We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care Romi provided for our dog Capri while we were on holiday for a month. Capri can be quite particular and we were very nervous leaving Capri, but Romi quickly made her feel comfortable and at ease. Romi provided daily updates including photos and videos which always put a big smile on our face. "Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"We were really happy to have found Mei living so close to Essendon airport. We were looking for someone to take care of our older boy dog Wilder for the night and get him to his Pawmobile flight to Tasmania the next day, whilst we hopped on the Spirit of Tasmania overnight.
Mei was great at communicating from the start. We felt really comfortable dropping Wilder off, and had text and a pic update on how he was doing. He looked extremely relaxed there.
We highly recommend Mei, especially if you are looking to fly your pet to Tassie, she has all the experience on the location and checking in with Pawmobile.
